You do not have to have it all figured out
If your body stays on high alert, relationships feel difficult, or familiar patterns keep pulling you back, we can begin with what feels most important to you. You do not need the perfect words for what you are experiencing.
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Selected family work and parenting sessions are also available.
Care that respects your story
I offer therapy in English and Spanish, with LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care. Your identity, relationships, and lived experience belong in the conversation.
In-person sessions are available in Austin. I also offer telehealth to clients located in Texas, Colorado, and Maryland.
What working together feels like
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in safety and trust. I listen deeply, challenge gently, and work with you to understand the patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
We can build practical skills for managing distress and explore difficult experiences at a thoughtful pace. My work can draw on EMDR, DBT-informed skills, and other evidence-based approaches, depending on your needs and goals. You do not need to choose a therapy approach before reaching out.
Your first session
Our first appointment is a chance to get to know each other, discuss what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope will change. We will talk about how I work and begin building a shared understanding of your goals.
You can ask questions, share concerns, and let me know what feels comfortable to discuss. We will make room for your pace as we decide on next steps together.
