When to reach out
Referrals may be a fit for teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, relationship concerns, identity concerns, or stress related to high-pressure work. Selected family work and parenting sessions may also be a fit.
The referral process
Share relevant information and your concerns. I will review fit, contact the client if appropriate, and begin with a consultation and assessment.
