Insurance accepted through Headway
Aetna, Ascension, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania Virtual National Network, and Providence Health Plan are accepted through Headway.
Coverage and your expected cost share vary by plan. Please confirm your benefits before services begin. A superbill may be available for out-of-network reimbursement when appropriate.
Private-pay therapy
The initial intake consultation is $200. Individual therapy sessions are $175. A limited number of sliding-scale appointments may be available.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
KAP psychotherapy is $150 per hour, and most appointments are scheduled for two hours. This psychotherapy fee covers therapeutic preparation, support, integration, and coordination with Hara Health Center. Hara Health Center’s medical services are billed separately.
Where services are available
Daniel is licensed in Texas and Maryland. In-person sessions are available in Austin, and telehealth may be available to clients located in Texas or Maryland when clinically appropriate.
